You warrant that such Content is accurate, lawful, and does not violate any ancient rights. We reserve the right to review and, if necessary, expunge any Content that conflicts with our communal values or policies. By contributing, you grant us permission to archive, display, and transmit your inscriptions solely to further our collective quest—not for commercial gain.

Preservation of Scrolls

While Mystic Archive strives to maintain the integrity of all recorded lore, we cannot guarantee the eternal preservation of your Content. It is your sacred duty to keep personal copies of your inscriptions. In rare cases, we may endeavor to recover lost records from our archives, but we offer no assurances regarding the restoration of any lost data.

Passages to External Archives

Our sanctuary may present links to other ancient repositories or digital archives. These links do not imply endorsement, and we bear no responsibility for the practices or contents of these external sites. You venture forth at your own risk and are urged to review the terms of use governing any external archive.

Limitation of Liabilities

To the fullest extent permitted by the ancient laws of our realm, Mystic Archive, its guardians, and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages incurred during your journey through our domain. In any event, our total liability shall not exceed the tribute (if any) rendered by you in the preceding lunar cycle.
